Best time to do Cake smash session is when your baby is going to turn 1 year old.

A lot of mess and some really cute images. I love to celebrate birthdays, especially that milestone 1st birthday, so these sessions are all about having some nice photos taken first before the cake smashing madness begins, you will receive a gallery full of images to treasure.

You can bring an outfit for family portraits.

Candid style is our preferable type of photography. We will catch all gorgeous smiles when you interact with your kid.
You will be standing close to the photographer and communicate with your kid. We will be doing our best to get the kid attention.

A few days before the session please give your child a cupcake to get used to the idea. Let your baby play with it. On the day of the session please make sure your baby is well rested.

Typically I schedule the cake smash session at 10am or 11am, please let me know what time is most suitable for your baby and I will do my best to accommodate you. Right after their nap usually works well. Make sure baby is fed before your session.
