Terms and conditions

1.  To book the session you can make an advance payment of 50% of the package price. Remaining amount must be paid ONE day prior to the photoshoot date.

2. The actual session time may be more or less than the estimated time given in the pricing package. The time varies from baby to baby depending on their feeding time and how sensitive & old they are.

3.  Raw (unedited) images from the session are not part of any package. However, you can buy extra edited images (if any) from the session.

4.  You can select the final images for us to edit. We will share a set of (no.of images vary) low resolution digital images (with logo) within 2 weeks of your session. Digital images shared with you at this stage are only for selection purposes and should not be treated as the final product. You can select as many images as you like. Extra images chosen above and beyond the package can be purchased separately.

5. As much as we are committed to create best images consistently and use all our experiences and technical skills to provide you the beautiful gallery, it may not always be possible if the baby is not comfortable & co-operative. In such scenarios the photographer is only liable to provide images on a best effort basis.

6. Kavitha Nagaraj Photography reserves the right to post all or some of the pictures and behind the scenes video in their social media or website from all our newborn session anytime we feel  appropriate.

7. Although the photographer shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of her duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, the photographer will only be responsible for the return of all the money paid to date.

It is important that both mom and dad of the newborn agrees to the terms and conditions. So, kindly bring this to the attention of your spouse before booking the session.
